Dr. Lydia Rosencrants

As founder of The Selah Collective and principal of Mantle Coaching, Lydia has spent over two decades proving a simple truth: we go further together. Whether it's connecting professionals to the people who will change their trajectory (One Degree of Separation), creating space for female solopreneurs to build without burning out (Selah Collective), or coaching people through the messy middle of becoming who they actually are, Lydia meets people where they are and walks the journey with them.

She has a gift for pattern recognition. She sees connections between people, opportunities, and possibilities that others don't. With 26+ years in higher education leadership (including roles as Provost and Dean), she's built Fortune 500 advisory boards, designed innovative MBA programs, and created partnerships that work because she believes there's always enough to go around if we're creative.

She holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas (ICF Accredited), a Ph.D. in Accounting from Michigan State University, and maintains her CPA (VA) license. She's also a Positive Intelligence coach, President of An Army of Normal Folks Memphis Club, and a firm believer that nobody does their best work alone.

Lydia lives in Memphis with her family. Her word for 2026 is humility. Her other word is fun. She's learning they're more connected than you'd think.
