Her career spans executive leadership roles through the C-suite level, where she's developed and launched numerous successful academic programs.

Today, she channels her expertise into helping others bring their dreams to life. As a dream incubator and coach, she creates the safe space leaders need to explore their boldest aspirations and transform them into reality. She's particularly passionate about supporting women personally and professionally and is the founder of The Selah Collective, a community for female solopreneurs. She holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas (ICF Accredited), a Ph.D. in Accounting from Michigan State University and her CPA license (VA).
