1. The Deep Dive (90 minutes, virtual)
We talk. Not a coaching call, not an interview, more like I'm a journalist excavating who you are, what you're building, what's working, what's not, and where you want to go. I'm listening for things you might not even articulate: the opportunities you haven't seen, the gaps in your network, the connections that would be game-changing.
2. Your Strategic Connection Map (delivered within 1 week)
A custom document that includes:
5-10 prioritized strategic introductions - people you need to meet and why (context is everything)
Network gap analysis - what's missing that you haven't noticed
Sequencing strategy - some connections need to happen before others
Approach guidance - how to make these connections meaningful
3. Introduction Execution (30 days of support)
I make warm introductions on your behalf (with context that makes them land), OR I give you the framework to reach out yourself. Plus 30 days of access to ask questions, request additional intros, or get guidance as these connections unfold.

A free 20-minute discovery call is required before we move forward. If I don't believe I can provide meaningful strategic connections for you, I'll tell you directly and there's no charge. Once we move forward, if you don't feel the Connection Map I deliver is worth the investment, I'll refund 50% of your fee, no questions asked.

How is this different from a networking coach or career coach?
Most networking coaches teach you skills like how to work a room, craft your pitch, optimize your LinkedIn. I don't teach you how to network. I do the strategic thinking and make the actual introductions. Think of me less like a coach and more like a strategic connector who sees patterns you might be missing.
How is this different from a recruiter?
Recruiters match résumés to job descriptions and get paid when you're hired. I'm not filling specific roles. I'm mapping strategic relationships that could lead to jobs, partnerships, collaborations, or opportunities you haven't even considered yet. And I work for you, not the hiring company.
What if I don't know what I need?
That's exactly why the deep dive conversation is so valuable. Most people come to me knowing they need something -a new job, a business partner, more clients - but they can't see the full picture. I ask questions that uncover what you're really trying to accomplish, and I see connection opportunities you haven't thought of yet.
Do you guarantee I'll get a job/partnership/client from this?
I can't guarantee outcomes. I can't control whether someone hires you or does a deal with you. What I do guarantee is that you'll receive 5-10 strategic, high-quality introductions with full context about why each connection matters. What you do with those introductions is up to you, but I'll support you in making them as effective as possible. My goal is to make this a win-win. I will find the connections that not only benefit you but make you the answer to someone else’s problem as well.
What if you don't know anyone in my industry or market?
I know a lot of people across many industries, but more importantly, I know how to think strategically about networks. Sometimes the most valuable connection isn't in your industry, it's adjacent to it, or it's someone who can open a door you didn't know existed. That said, if during our discovery call I genuinely don't see opportunities to help you, I'll tell you directly.
Will the people you introduce me to know I paid for this?
Not unless it's relevant. When I make introductions, I focus on the value of the connection for both parties, why you two should know each other. Whether you're a paying client doesn't change the fact that it's a good introduction. My reputation depends on making quality connections, so I only introduce people when there's genuine mutual value.
How long does this take?
The initial deep dive is 90 minutes. You'll receive your Strategic Connection Map within one week. Then you have 30 days of support as you act on the introductions. Most clients will see momentum within the first 2-3 weeks.
Can I work with you more than once?
Absolutely. Some clients do a one-time intensive when they're at a specific transition point. Others come back quarterly for a "network audit" as their goals evolve. I also offer retainer relationships for ongoing connection support.
What if I'm not ready to act on introductions right now?
Then this isn't the right time. The value of this service comes from acting on the strategic connections I map for you. If you're in exploration mode or not ready to take meetings, it's better to wait until you are. I'd rather you come back when you're ready than pay for something you won't use.
Do you work with people outside of Memphis?
Yes! My work is done virtually. While I'm based in Memphis and have deep connections here, my network spans internationally. Geography matters less than you'd think when you're making strategic introductions.
What's included in the 30 days of support?
Email access for questions like "How should I approach this person?" or "They want to meet - what should I focus on?" Additional introduction requests if connections lead to new opportunities. Guidance on how to maintain and leverage the relationships you're building.
Why only 4-6 clients per month?
Because this work requires deep thinking and attention. I need to really know you and your situation to see the right connections. If I took on more clients, the quality would suffer. I'd rather do exceptional work for a few people than mediocre work for many.
What if I need this for my company/team, not just myself?
